How to install new version of utorrent over older version

I've downloaded the latest version of utorrent and would like to install it. Before installation, do I need to uninstall the older version, or just install the newer version over the older version. I would like the existing settings and the partially downloaded files to be preserved after upgrading to the newer version.

Just copy the new version over the old version.
That should be it.

No need to worry,just install newer version over older version,it will not effects the settings.
