Am I Being Monitored???

Hi All,
Well i work in a Company in the IT Dept... where there are around 50 other employees.. since there are strict rules over here against using the net...
i wanted to know whether all that i do...i.e. surfing,downloading,installing stuff... are these all monitored or can they be all monitored...
if they can be monitored..how do i know that i am being monitored and whether there is any way to stop this monitoring... coz i feel as if i dont have my privacy over here...

ask your system administrator to help you in this matter. they can change your system settings. always log in your system with password.
