Whatever software you use you just can't change the BPM like that.
First of all - you have find out / calculate the tempo(BPM) of each song you want to change - since they will be of various BPM initially.
Second - You will have to choose time-strech (tempo) from the process to change the bpm of each file separately. and select the final bpm same so that when you play them later they run at same speed.

Using amplify you may digitally clip the wave if you are not familiar with the gain setting (DB). So indtead select NORMALIZE process - available in almost all editors.
