Default Setting Default CD ROM Drive


I got 1 real and a Virtual DVD ROM Drive.
How to set the virtual one as default??

Game takes data from the disc.
It is asking Insert Disc 2
I mounted the image on virtual drie...it is not recognizing.
But when I insert the cd rom....it is accepting.
Nothing wrong with image.

Install the game using virtual drive and If the game u r using have starforce protection then no chance. I supose u r using the images fo the gme cd which u legaly own as piracy is not allowed here

I installed it using virtual drive only.

Still.....
Uninstall it, remove all registry traces & install it again from virtual drive. Still the prob exist then the game is protected with starforce protection. U can't play it without CD.

If you installed the game using the virtual drive, it will not read from the real one. If you installed it with real drive, it will not read from virtual drive. Simple.
