Default Permanent solution to error 999 at yahoo?

Is there any permanent solution to error 999 at Yahoo? I keep getting this error many time for the last more than two months. I have done the following things to get rid of this error with minor success.
I visited murray's page and did everything without any success.
I changed my browser from IE7 to firefox and I got little success.
I installed spyware terminator as recommended in another forum and I got little success. I have original windows xp which is regularly updated by Microsoft.
I have fully updated AVG antivirus.
I have fully updated Advanced Anti Spyware Remover Pro.
I have Lavasoft Adware also that is also updated.
I have tweak now Reg Cleaner also.
I have disk4clean also.
I keep using this product regularly.
There is scheduled scan of my computer everyday.
I did online scan with Norton. Norton recommended me to remove one file of error safe and I removed that. I block that with spyware terminator so that It does not restored automatically as recommended in another forum.
After doing all thing, I have not succeed fully. And even now also, I keep getting this error at yahoo after some time.
Will somebody help me in getting rid of this error permanently.
I shall be highly thankful and oblized. Please help me. Thanks.

I think there is nothing to do with system settings.....
It may be due to high network traffic....bandwith limiting system of Yahoo.
May be your IP address may be blocked for a period of time......
I don't think there is really a solution other than trying it again....when traffic gets low
