Default Converting PDF files to MS word

Hi friends,

Is there any software to convert PDF files to MS Word format so that the existing layout, style, pictures etc remain intact.

Thanks in advance.

well,
download.com says there is tons of software available for it.
but most of them have some limitation if u dont insert some money there....means it not free

the best one which works is ...and is trial version

actually it convert to rtf and from rft > doc even msword does.
and the most annoying thing is the text are transformed in form of text box so formatting gets difficult.
so dont know it it helps or not
give a try.
