explorer restarts when right click on mp3???

i face a strange prob suddenly....whenever i click on any mp3 song, an error box pops up showing explorer has encountered an error and it will restart...and explorer restarts everytime i right click...
wat cud be problem..it shows some error in kernel32.dll

What entries do you have in
Start > Run > Regedit {Press Enter }
Hkey_Classes_root\MP3
HKey_classes_root\mp3_file


?

Probably some media player has installed some extention which is creating the problem .

I think it's a extension or codec problem. Uninstall any recenty installed audio converter like mp3 to wav converter or any such thing and try opening the file.

i found out dis...i created a user account dew days back..in dat prfile whenever i clik on any mp3 song (right clik or left) an error occurs and explorer restarts , however in other user profiles my mp3s dnt cause such an problem....
wat can be the cause of dis....???

This happens as u have view as webpage enabled in your Windows Explorer.
In Windows Explorer
Goto Tools > Folder Options
under General Check Use Windows Classic Folders

This will surely fix the problem
