Help needed for best Bitcomet Accelerator

I have BSNL broadband Home-500 whose download/upload speed is 256kbps.
I can download with this speed if I download any thing directly from any website but when I try to download with bitcomet it gives me 100kbps download speed and 35kbps upload speed (even if the health is very very good). Is there any bitcomet accelerator I can use to improve the speed or any other torrent client with more speed than bitcomet.

Don't see the "health bar" watch the seeds to leechers ratio.
Btw. I found bitcomet to be the best,but many of the guys will say "utorrent"
so that is an option for you.

me too vote for uTorrent...

u may try few things, make sure no other apps is eating up the bandwidth, also when u r upoading in ADLS, u r slowing the download speed down that much, consider upload under 10kbps when u r downloading and after download complete u may seed full at full speed...

2nd thing is, u may try the port forwarding ... some time that help too...
