B/W->colour by Colour retouching in photoshop

Can anyone tell me how can i convert black&white photoes to colour by colour retouching or colour substitution in photoshop?

i want to convert a old B/W scanned photo so where can i get the colours of skin?

A black & white car photo to blue & black!!! The black thing is tougher to make. As the method deals with hue and black is not a hue!!!
Small xtra effect in my colored cars... I'm the driver there... The original car has no driver!
