pc boots every 3 hrs

pc boots every 2-3 hrs(on any appln), dunno wats causing this, ran avg but nothing found..
n yea i had been to crack websites so theres a possibility of spywares but never saw any spyware boot the comp.. has to be a virus or some otehr thing
any suggestions?
