Open regedit and goto:

Code:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Security Center
Now create following DWORD values and set their value to 1

AntiVirusDisableNotify
FirewallDisableNotify
UpdatesDisableNotify

Another method,
Go to control panel
select security center( in classic view)
on the left pane select, change the way security center alerts me
uncheck the three boxes and press ok
DONE

Btw. If you go Vishal's way, make a backup of the registry first.

No need to goto Control panel, just click the Security Alert icon shown in taskbar & on the left pane select, Change the way security center alerts me &
uncheck the three boxes and press OK.
