Question Techcom webcam SSD641 MP

Hi guys....
I bought Techcom SSD 641 MP Webcam after reading Digits December Issue..
But i was taken for ride by the shopkeeper, He didn't give me software CD along with the webcam...

Can anyone please help me out, The driver on the Techcom website is no good as it has some files missing.
