HELP:I want my windows to look this way

I want that gold-orange color for the bars and black backgrouds and white text.



How can it be done?

Right-click on desktop and select Properties. Go to Appearance and select advanced...

For bars color, look under Active Titlebar and Inactive Titlebar.
For background and text, look under Windows
