How To Make a Multi-boot LiVE DVD

hello friendz.. could anybody tell me how to make a live CD/DVD which when booted must provide me a menu as below...

1) Knoppix Linux Live CD
2) Open Solaris
3) Windows Brat PE
4) Exit

remember, when i choose a menu, the installer must not start.. instead the OS must start from teh DVD as a LiVE one.. anybody can suggest me this?
