Internet Explorer home page hacked & changed. how 2 restore it?

My home page in internet explorer has been changed & I cannot restore it back. can you tell me the hacks so that I can restore it from the registry.

Download spyware remover such has Spybot-S&D

There is option in Spybot-S&D where you can lock the control panel so that spyware can not access it.
