I too get the maximum download speed on Opera.
Even if it gets disturbed by other downloads(like opening page etc.), it accelerates to its full speed within seconds. But IE6 is a damn loser..

off topic
what skin you guys use for the Opera?

i use Shadow Guard 1_0 (black colour with brushed metal look), it compliments the VistaZ4 theme.

Do any of you try IE7? I get a speed of more than 13KBps in IE7 & in Opera it is just 7-9KBps. Install IE7 and you can download every in less time than Opera.

IE7 is no doubt better than IE 6 but it cant compare to OPERA9.10 or even FF2.x for that matter...
