Samsung's DVD Combo unable to read NFS MW Disc...

hey frenz...

i m having an original DVD of NFS MW .....now when i install MW on my pc thru my Samsung DVD writer , it experiences no prbs.....but when i try to install it on my brother's pc having a samsung Combo Drive ...the drive is unable to read the disc and the system hangs....

ne ideas wat the prb can be ??

ne help wud be appreciated ....Thanking u ppl in anticipation....

same sh1t prolem happened with me. all the games i bought (both orig & p-rated) ran fine on my cousins PC & laptop, but never on my PC

the other CD's, DVD's worked fine.

only the game disk, sometime showed CRC error, & sometimes not detected.

the Solution-> Clean the Drive. i used a CD cleaner, then used Vaccum cleaner Blower, & again the Lens cleaner

the CD's were also cleaned (i used Colin Liquid Cleanser).

after this, evry thing Worked FINE

I think it can be amanufacture problem get your drive replaced if you bought it some time back, and also some leads problem can be there

but other discs are not encountering prbs...

do what i told you, clean the disk, & blo clean the Drive Interior & see whether the CD runs, coz my PC was just a month old when these probs. occured.

maybe you bro. used some dirty CDs of movie
