Nero Burning ROM 7.2 CD

Digit gave us Nero Burning ROM 7.2.7.0 Trail in October 2006 DVD. It was in path 'Digital_Tools\System' occupying 129 MB space. I extracted that .exe file with WinZip to my harddisk, and it occupied 511 MB space. In the folder, there is Nero.msi, SetupX.exe, Manual.doc, some .mst files, setup folder, cab folder, redist folder. I burn it down to a CD.
When I insert the CD, SetupX.exe autoruns, and extracts some files to my temporary folder, then shows an error:
"Cannot write *.dll,*.tmp,.....etc to cab\temp\"
Digit had also given us Nero in December 2005. I done same with it. but it does'nt show any error.
What can be the problem here?

I simply want to make a Nero Demo CD. I burned it down to Blank CD, but when Opening SetupX.exe from CD it shows 'cannot create *.dll, *.tmp, im cab\Temp\. Make sure you have the privilages'.
What can be the problem?

It should run directly by doubleclicking nerotrial.exe file.
what is the need of all this --unzipping and burning
