Sony MP3 Walkman

i have sony MP3 Walkman NW-E107 1GB Flash Memory. it can support MP3 and ATRAC3Plus format. i want to know how can i convert from any format to ATRAC3Plus?

u better not change to ATRAC3 plus, stick with mp3

it won't lower the quality that much, But once u convert to ATRAC3 I don't think u can convert back to mp3, & ATRAC3 doesn't play in common media player found on other computers.

unless u plan to share files in it with friends, u can go for ATRAC3
