virus problem very urgent

as i have os as winxp sp2
antivirus as avg and adware for spyware
as my comp is infected with
1) downloader.tibs,
2) trojan horse downloader.small.57.ba
3) exploit

it is showing a black screen
and message is

c:/windows/system32/DL5EB7-1.EXE
BLACK WINDOW
THEN
c:/windows/system32/DL5EB7-1.EXE
THE NTVDM CPU HAS ENCOUNTERED AN ILLEGAL OPERATION
C5: 0552 IP : 0067 OP : 65 63 69 66 79
CHOOSE CLOSE TO TERMINATE THE APPLICATION


kindly help me as soon as possible

an i am not able to see the gif files on the site as i have to right click show pictures every time

NTVDM stands for NT Virtual Dos Machine.

if u have any trojan /spyware/ virus..please do remove them first

scan ur pc in SAFE MODE with ur avg av and adaware
also scan it with avg anti-spyware
then clean up ur residual pc junk with ccleaner from www.ccleaner.com
reboot.
it shud solve ur problem.
if problem still persists, revert, preferably with ur hjt logfile.

Also install Windows Defender or Spybot S&D in ur system.
And don't forget to post ur HijackThis Log file here, then we'll be able to solve ur problem.
