Norton 2004 ! ! !

i use norton 2004 ... i cannot enable automatic liveupdate from its main screen ... how can i do that ??? ... even if i click on enable button ...

also from its option ... have enabled it ... if i close the screen & then visit again, all its options r unchecked ...

i want this option (Apply updates without interrupting me) 2 work ...

my updates r latest 1`s ...

whots the problem ??? any registry key 2 b tweaked ???

There may be some problem with the supporting DLL Files of norton. Try to reinstall it and try to check the problem wether it is rectified or not. If Not then you have to reload your windows and then install the norton antivirus again.
You can directly download the virus definations from the www.symantec.com for the latest date. After downloading the defination ExeFiles just install them. Your product will be updated automatically for virus attacks

ur sure ur using a NON - PIRATED version, cos mostly these problemos occur on Pirated versions. If not and uv paid for it, "Symantec Customer Support" should be the place u head too.

Alternately, try uninstalling NAV followed by a fresh installation, here in the installation phase, when it asks u for the 4 Post Installation Tasks, UNCHECK all of them......Just check it out, Post INSTALL, they WILL be checked....
