Windows Defender

When I install windows defender it gives a message failed to start.Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services." But I am an administrator. Please help

open 'services'. go to the windows defender service and change it from local account to an administrator account on ur network. try to start the service. if it dznt, u may get a msg "access denied". fine. then change it back to local account. now c if it helps...

May be because the Windows is not activated.
