whats this?

i am getting this message in device manager. its showing an exclamation mark in yellow icon under the base system device. saying that this device driver is not installed properly......
i searched in the intel site. then i came to know that its the pci bus driver. but i couldnt find it anywhere to download and install it.
i am using vista on my dell laptop. can anyone provide me the link to download device driver for base system device??? my mother board is intel one. and also i saw that its a IOTAMOD.INF file it seems. i have to install it in the windows directory.... i am not an engineer. so dont understand this language. pls help me get rid of this error message guys...... pls...

i think its regarding the pci system right??? some .inf file is missing i think. i couldnt understand what it is. can u pls tell me what to do so that it wont show the same error message....pls...
