Default Login Screen Problem

Well it quite envies me seeing all you guys fancying on you cooked up login screens.My problem is inplace of The regular login scrren i get a dialog box similar to the Shut Down Dilaog Box to log in.
cAN I GET THAT SCREEN BACK?

Open "User Accounts" (nusrmgr.cpl) and then click on "Change the way users log on or off". Now enable the option "Use the welcome screen".

Goto Control Panel->User Accounts->Change the way users logon or logoff.
From here you can clear the checkbox if u don't want the welcome screen..

if u wish for a fancy logon screen, then try to edit the logonui.exe (inside system32) with ResHack
