it is most probably a ram problem use this http://www.memtest86.com/ to test it.
also there is a possibility that error is being caused by a bad driver. When installing drivers, you may need (best scenario) to uninstall the driver first, and then install the new one (old same one) fresh. Sometimes the best driver
install is done from Safe Mode so there are absolutely no programs
(especially anti-virus) running and the system is only using a "generic"
driver.

There is some information on MSDN about troubleshooting this type of issue:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/de...4f1498.xml.asp
I would also suggest going into Control Panel/Administrative Tools/Event
Viewer and taking a look at both the Application and System listings in the
left panel. Tapping on those will reveal "events" in the right pane where
you can look for error messages denoted by either a yellow triangle with an
exclamation point (advisory) or a red circle with a white X (warning, real
issue). Those can be right-clicked with a selection of Properties to see a
portion of the problem. It may lead you to a specific driver or hardware
which is causing the issue.
best of luck.
plz rep me if it helps you

first test ur RAM using memtest. The link has already been posted by vimal_mehrotra. Then post the result. If ur RAM shows errors then it's time to get new RAM
