Default Compress pdf

Hi guys!!!
I have some pdf files most of thm around 2-3mb
How can i compress them efficently...

You can compress PDF files to the smallest size using PDF Compress v1.00

Reduce the actual size of PDF files by compressing text and graphics. Compressed PDF files can be opened and viewed normally by Adobe Acrobat Reader all versions.
