Task Manager not working

Hi,

when i start my pc after start a box appear Saying "B.exe has encountered a problem and need to be closed"

After this when i press ctrl+alt+del Task Manager does not appear and when ever i write any command in "Run" like "regedit" and when i press OK a dialog appear "Another program is using this file"

Please help me out

Buddy ur system has been infected by viruses/spywares!
Post ur HijackThis log file and then we'll be able to solve the problem

do u have any AntiSpyware of AVS suite running... if not get one very good and run a scan, also get HijackThis tool, and run a scan and then post the result log file here...

u could have used RegEdit to enable the option but in ur case its not working also..

get Spybot Serarch n Distroy and good AVS like Kaspersky... run a full system scan... seems u have Spyware or virus...

The legit svchost.exe process is situated in the System32 folder; any other location (such as is in ur case) could be the HAZZER VIRUS; and in such a scenario, it is known to stop using of command prompt (cmd.exe), and also the task manager.

scan with ur av and anti-spy in SAFE MODE.
