Post Ping problem..?


Hi guys,i've 2 pc nd connect with CAT5 Cable. when i type ping on cmd prompt with ip address 192.168.0.2 through 1st pc.nd ping is successfully.but my 2nd pc not giving me respons very well he's saying "request time out". what is problem in my pc ,help me guys.
SORRY 4 MY BAD ENGLISH
OS is XP in both pc.
1st pc ip:-192.168.0.8
2nd pc ip:-192.168.0.2

check that in Both PC no firewalls are running...
