Errors with my nod32

i have nod32 and some virus had got through my system and my pc got effected.To get rid off it i downloaded antivirus software, but its of no use. Does nod32 get rid of such virus..????Anyone know how to get rid of it?

NOD32 is a good antivirus software. But your PC is already infected. There are many Virus that disables the antivirus features. So at this point I recommend a Anti-Root tool kit to perform the cleanup.

Download: Sophos Anti-Rootkit

Run the file and click go.

After the cleanup, you can install the Antivirus software.

which virus r v talking about jack ? or is it spyware ?

nod32 is a good av. i would suggest u first install/update it and scan ur pc with it in SAFE MODE.

also scan similarly with a good anti-spy like win-defndr or adaware or avg anti-spy.

if it dznt help, then post ur hjt logfile here or at www.hijackthis.de for analysis. only if u have a rootkit sitting in ur pc, wud an anti-rootkit really help.
