Default system behaving wierdly after installing XP SP2.

hey everyone,
i have noticed that many help pages in my computer which have active contents and/or hyperlinks are not working. many times when i hit on one or more such links the IE's "Page Not Found" error message comes up (like, for example, on the Registry Editor's help pages). i think XP SP2's security settings are playing this game in my system.

does anyone know what i'm talking about?

there is no fault wid ur comp... d cause of ur prob is that windows xp sp2, takes most of its help files from da net. IE displays the 'page not found' error because at that moment u R NOT CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET. Connect to the net n then try clicking the hyperlinks n d other active content. u'll notice that such errors wont come, but instead, u'll notice that u'll be directed to microsft's resource centre
