Hi, need a good video editing software which also have some inbuilt help.

Adobe Premiere,one of the best video editing software.But for a new user,learning curve is slightly steep.

For easy video editing,two softwares come on top which are very easy to use and have loads of features.They are
Ulead VideoStudio,

There are also otther tools namely Vega Video,Dazzle Moviestar etc.
