DirectX Error...........

Hi,
I am using Windows XP Prof. with SP2.
When I launch Any game, it gives me error about DirectX.
e.g.- Unable to initiate DirectX device, There is a problem with your system Configuration.
Also For NFS most wanted ..... Unable to launch D3D...dll .

My Hardware config. is:--
Intel P4 Core 2 Duo 2.13 Ghz, Intel DG965WH Motherboard, 1Gb/533 Mhz Ram
80 Gb HDD.............

Plz Help me to get rid of it.........

Unable to launch D3D.dll that indicates that directx was not install correctly.U should try to reinstall the directx frm ur program cd nd try to install the latest version of directx.

i ran dxdiag.exe file
but i have not seen any problems.........
all the tests compleated successfully........
then also i am getting same error........

Look the results..............
No problems found.
DirectDraw test results: All tests were successful.
Direct3D 7 test results: All tests were successful.
Direct3D 8 test results: All tests were successful.
Direct3D 9 test results: All tests were successful.


plz any one have other solution for this?????

Could u tell me the error exactly which u r get.
