Default Help Me!!!!

I've been keeping on seeing this msg since yesterday while i was surfing......

I really don't know what to make of it! I did run the virus scan and the spyware scan too yesterday right after receiving the message but its back again. I use Avast home edition, Spybot and Trend Micro Scan. There has been no specific change in the performance of my computer though but this sort of alerted me and please guys i need help. I use Firefox as my browser.
