Default Error in MS Word

Hi, I have Office 2002 installed, and since last week everytime I start or close Word, I get this following error message:

Microsoft Visual Basic (Window Title)
Compile error in hidden module: AutoExec

Does anyone know why this is happening?? Help would be appreciated!

U open the programfile folder in C drive. Then u see Microsoft office folder
after that u follow this path: Microsoft Office\Office10\Startup (Word 2002) nd see what is inside it, move any file u find to another folder nd then restart office.

Or, u may be visit this link: http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=307410

@Overclocker: That did the trick!! Turns out I had un-installed Adobe Acrobat (which had inserted its PDF Maker plug-in into Office) and the un-install didn't clear the associated files...thanks!
