Post task manager disabled

hello
my task manager and regedit are disabled,
whenever i try to open them messang appears that they r diaabled by ur admistrator

1.) To enable regedit:

Open gpedit.msc and goto:

User Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> System

and in right-side pane, change Prevent access to registry editing tools to either Not Configured or disabled.

2.) To enable Task Manager:

Open gpedit.msc and goto:

User Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> System -> Ctrl+Alt+Del Options

and in right-side pane, change Remove Task Manager to either Not Configured or disabled.

or just create a new user account and delete the existing one.
