Windows Genuine Advantage Validation

hi guys,
I've a doubt that I could see some posts on "Windows Genuine Advantage Validation" in some websites offering "download from microsoft websites, install IE 7 WMP 11 etc"

My doubt is here, Is this possible?
can we make pirated windows Xp, a Genuine one?
can we fool Microsoft by doing this?
I just can't believe it is possible.
If one got genuine win xp by this method, later when he goes to microsoft sites, can't MS people understand that's a pirated one?

I'm expecting replies from you guys

Even if one proceeds doing any tampering, he/she will be caught and it will be hard for you to run windows. Don't ask me how it makes it hard for you to run windows. No comments on that.

And please don't discuss these things...And I wonder what can begineers learn from this discussion? First of all, it is not worth discussion at all.

Obviously, I expect thread would be closed.

I said that I don't encourage piracy, if anyone use "pirated (genuine) XP", some of them might not be aware of the consequences.

and if the they know the consequences from this topic and leave piracy, wouldn't it be great?
