    Default embedding sound files in power point presentations

    hi,

    i am using office XP to create ppts, recently i created a ppt with some sounds linked with it....when i mailed this ppt to a friend .. and the sound was not working


    so can u pls tell me if i can embed the sound files in the ppt itself so that they become a parrt of single ppt file.....

    pls help guys....

    Under Tools>Options>General, theres option 'Link sounds with size greater than ...KB' . Just increase that value to ur mp3/sound file size. Max size u can enter is 50000KB i.e 50MB.
