bandwidth management software

friendz i m looking out for softwares that can restrict the clients to a given bandwidth.
for example: i m having 4 computer labs each having 30 computers.
i opt for a 512 kbps leased line and want that no lab should get more then 128 kbps on busy hours and during off hours this restriction should get off.
any softare that does half of this work can b experimented i.e. that can equally distribute the bandwidth.
plz reply ASAP.

You can try Bandwidth Controller (http://bandwidthcontroller.com/ ).
It's a very good software. But it's a shareware!!
