Unhappy Outlook express FOLDER .dbx

Today i re-installed my win XP.
I copied my yahoo.dbx, and other folder with extensions .dbx from outlook backup folder(that i created before re-installing XP) to Outlook express folder C:\Documents and ettings\ravi\Application
Data\Identities\{4973FABE-8183-4237-A5E1- A4B202AA}\Microsoft\Outlook

After opening outlook express i got view of my all previous folders that i created in old Outlook, but after clicking on any folder like yahoo, gmail. It not showing any saved mails, instead of that i'm getting this messages:
Folder could not be displayed.

Outlook express could not open this foder.

Possible causes are:

. Low disk space.
. Low memory.

OE is installed on c: drive which is 4GB of partition with 950MB free space! And i've 512MB ram, intel celeron D, 2.66Ghz, 40 GB hard disk ( 11 GB IS FREE)

and also tell me is there any software taht can extract my mails from .dbx files???

i think its not corrupted bt a simple problem of SPACE .........

4gb & ONLY 950MB free space LEFT ........ error ur getting is RIGHT ..... VM is taking space & rest of ur softwares also takeup some space, leaving no space 4 ur MAILS ....... try free-ing up SPACE & then try AGAIN .........

or JUST try .dbx file on ur FRDS pc & c if it works ....... ofcourse, DELETE IT LATER ON .......

Hmm.. You should use Import here :

File > Import > Messages > Outlook Express

And navigate to the folder that contains the .dbx files .. I think the error you are getting is because of NTFS permissions ..
