Till yesterday, I had a perfect PC working with Win XP Prof. installed on one partition and openSUSE Linux on another. My windows was completely up-to-date. Then yesterday my nephews gave me visit and played games all day on my comp. They had even shutdown the computer properly before leaving. But now I am unable to start windows. every time I start windows the comp reboots during loadinf of windows itself. I m not able start windows in Safe mode too. even the option of "start with last good known configuration" fails to start windows. It just restarts the computer. I don't think its hardware related since i m able to work on Linux comfortably on the same machine. No new software or hardware was added. What's gone wrong? |
