Thumbs up Re: unable to install bluetooth in my laptop...

Probably U R using Windows XP...............
Let me tell you XP has a inbuilt set of drivers for bluetooth....

>First of all uninstall all your Bluetooth Drivers.
>Reboot UR Computer if necessary
>Just insert UR bluetooth device in the USB port
Since U are having a inbuilt bluetooth, You may find it in UR Control Panel
>Wait for a new window to appear(if it doesn't then probably ur drivers are already present skip next step)
>then follow the the instructions ... drivers will be installed from XP's inbuilt database
>a small bluetooth icon will appear in the system tray
>just double click it and goto to "Options" Tab
>There you click on all the 4 boxes
>turn on UR Bluetooth in ur other PC(by following the above techniques) Or UR cell
>then goto "Devices" Tab and click on "Add" button
>Click on the box and proceed accordingly

Note:Its better to choose ur own Password

You should be able to do it. I triedIVT BT Dongle in Win XP SP2 and it detected correctly, didn't need bluesoliel software that came with the dongle
