Lightbulb Re: virus problem

Which Anti-Virus solution do u have?
Try each & every AV & run them non safe mode may this will help u.
other-wise u have to format This one drive. Pls do not keep anything in ur sys drive ( where ur sys & other program files r installed ).

Run A Online Scann At Bitdefender.com

If That Not Worked Try To Download Bitdefender And Update It
Then Scann All The System

If You Cannot Install An Antivirus If The Virus Blocks It

Install Kapersky Antivirus On Any Of Your Friends Pc And Then Create
Bootable Anti-virus Cd Throgh It Then Scann All The System

By Selecting Cd As First Boot Option In Bios.

You Can Also Try Avast

Good Luck

best option would be to try to get access to a clean system. Backup all files first. Then attach the infected harddisc to the sys. boot in safe mode and scan with av.

(Just wondering, if you attach a new harddisc and the first boot is in safe mode, will the hdd be detected? I am betting that it will be.)

U can boot the machine into Dos and run the Dos scan like McAfee Dos Scan ...

Download the latest Superdat from here:

http://download.mcafee.com/us/update...Dat.asp?real=0

Extract it to a folder and then follow the instructions from here :

http://72.14.235.104/search?q=cache:...n&ct=clnk&cd=1
(Can't find them on any current link)

Worked for me the last time I had virus infection on my machine.
