Working In Burst

I have recently formatted my pc..i was hopping that my pc willbe faster after doing this..but it has become slower... .....

Can anyone help me to regain the speed....application run ..but at a BURSTS....means if i open two application one after one..i have to wait say 15 to 20 sec and both open a go....everything works a burst...

my config:=>

AMD 3000+,
MSI RS 480,
Transcend 512 Mb,
120gb SATA...

now after foramtting i thing previously the pc was working faster...

Only change i have made now that form FAT32 i have converted my 3 out of four drives to NTFS.
will this b ereason...i am actually am not able figure out the reason

I dont get you at all, what do you mean by burst ? You mean they open too quick or too sudden ?

BURST means that when i open 2-3 application it doesnt opens immediately as it used to before ..but after few seconds both open quickly......
Even scrolling is that way..i can scroll for few seconds adn then sudddenly nothing happens and then after few seconds i scroll agian normally..
AM I CLEAR NOW???
