Crumpled display on TFT monitor running windows Xp

What i should do to get rid of crumpled display of fonts on TFT monitor while using XP?

Just enable clear type fonts.. Right click desktop->properties->appearance->advanced->font smoothing->clear type..

Just look for similar things.. Its been a while since i booted windows
