Pls give ur suggestions regarding keeping system clean from viruses, spyware, addware, trojans, unwanted files et. al. Wat is the best antivirus and antispyware?

there are many, some of them those are free

1) Ad aware

2) AVG Antivirus

3) Zone Alarm Free Firewall

4) CC cleaner for cleaning the system

Better Pro alternatives are

1) Ad aware

2) Norton, Kaspersky, NOD32 antivirus

3) Outpost Firewall, Zone Alarm Pro

4) Ashampoo Winoptimiser suite

For AV use avast! from the Digit CD. It is free and good enough, you may have to register it free on their site first. As for anti spyware, try a combination of Spybot S&D and AdAware, both can be found from the Digit CD/DVD. Also get HijackThis! from Here.It is handy in finding rootkits and other malicious files.

As a Firewall Zonealarm Basic is unmatched.
