Yeah, tell the registry hack. Disabling it that way will still eat my head by the reminders.

There r 2 methods, which I know in registry!
Method 1.) HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\WindowsUpdate\Auto Update In right-side pane, change the value of AUOptions to 1 Method 2.) HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Win dows\WindowsUpdate\AU In right-side pane, create DWORD value NoAutoUpdate and set its value to 1 |
