Which Anti-Virus is Good?

Which Anti-Virus is good as well as it won't load the system?

My System is:
PIV 1.5 GHz, 256 DDR, 40 GB HDD, CD-RW, DVD-ROM, 256 Kbps BB Internet.


Help me to find out.

otherwise : bitdefender, kav, nod32

adaware, spybot, ewido : good freeware

get avast, its free for home use with 14 month updating. and does not load the system. download from
www.avast.com

but Avast or AVG is not healing the computer, it directly remove the infected file
to Chest(quarintine).

If you dont mind about the Interface go for NOD32.Kaspersky 6.0 is the one I am cerrently using..before that I was a Norton fan but Norton is bad..System HOG..Kaspersky is very good.
Heard that Avast is a good free alt.
