I dont get it, why do they release updates every week. Why not just release major updates?

Winamp 5.24 released and nullsoft is saying it is a security update. At times, i do think if winamp is a player or some antivirus.
I do prefer downloading the full version.

NullSoft released a security update , since there were security vulnerabilities found in WinAmp , using
which a hacker can hack your PC and steal all the data!! That's serious security flaw!! If the guys at
NullSoft don't fix it most of the tech-savvy people won't use WinAmp!! So that's why the security updates
to fix the security problems.
