Default PROBLEM IN HIBERNATION IN WINXp...


HI

I'VE GET A PROBLEM IN HIBERNATION Xp

WHEN I 'VE STARTUP PC THE RESUMING IS STARTED BUT WHEN IT IS FINISHED THE PC IS BEING RESTARTED AND PROMPTED TO .....

DELETE ANY RESTORATION DATA AND CONTINUE WITH SYSTEM BOOT &
CONTINUE WITH RESTORE DATA.

IF CONTINUING THAN RESTARTING IS CONTINUED..

AND WHEN I DELETE DATA AND BOOT THAN AFTER BOOTING A MESSAGE IS PROMPTED WINDOWS IS RECOVERED FROM SERIOUS ERROR..

NOW I DON'T HAVE ANY IDEA ABOUT THIS PROBLEM


CAN ANY ONE HELP ME.....?

Hmm... Start > Control Panel > Power Settings
Disable Hibernition ..
Now goto C: (Or the drive you have XP installed) .. Enable Show Hidden files .. If Hiberfil.sys is there then Shift Del it ... Now reboot ..
After reboot enable the Hibernition again ..

Does the problem persists ..?
