Graphics card problems

I've recently installed a nvidia geforce fx5200 with all the drivers in winXP. BUt whenever i hibernate the computer and try to resume, I get the display problems. what appears are dots all over the screen in a formatted manner which disturbs the viewing and quality of the video display also degrades.
what can be the problem

It may be because ur graphics card not supporting the feature,so try installing the latest drivers from www.nvidia.com
